The Salesforce Global Creative Center of Excellence is seeking a senior creative leader with a copywriting background to join our Brand Awareness Marketing team (BAM). The Senior Copywriting lead will work with internal & external partners to inspire prospects around the world, tell the story of Salesforce, and prove that "business is the greatest platform for change" through campaigns, and in action.

The Senior Copywriter will partner with the ACD/AD, and report to the Senior Creative Director of Brand Awareness Marketing.
Role description:
This creative copy lead will play a critical role in shaping the Salesforce global brand, and delivering creative excellence with emphasis on creative strategy, writing craft, non-traditional storytelling, voice and tone. Primary role will be to:
* Partner with creative and brand strategy leaders to inform, shape and interrogate compelling insightful creative strategies & briefs, and proactive projects
* Set and continuously raise the bar in precision and craft of writing, and championing quality and best practices across media channels
* Lead and execute integrated, cross-channel campaigns, social/digital experiences, and world-class events & activations from insight to execution.
* Partner cross-functionally to develop and present compelling, strategic presentations for various executive stakeholders
* Partner with creative and brand strategy leaders to inform, shape and interrogate compelling insightful creative strategies & briefs, and proactive projects
* Lead and execute integrated, cross-channel campaigns, social/digital experiences, and world-class events from insight to execution.
* Lead conceptual & copywriting efforts on a team consisting of an ACD/AD, SAD, SCW, AD and Illustrator
* Concept ideas in context of thoughtful user flows, jobs to be done, and desired outcomes
* Vet, brief, partner and lead vendors and contractors in executing and scaling creative work.
* Proactively brainstorm innovative ways to leverage technology & data to extend our brand vision and storytelling to new audiences via digital experiences and real world activations.
* Lead the development and iteration of TOV/Voice guidelines and brand best practices.
* Engage and inspire the creative community as an active thought leader
* Lead by example in craft and in relationships, mentoring & inspiring junior copywriters and creatives across the CoE

Additional Requirements:
* A minimum of 6 years of experience in the creative space.
* 2+ yo experience leading large-scale, integrated brand campaigns from concept to execution at world class ad/media agencies
* Superior, award-winning writing craft, that demonstrates cultural relevance, wit and charm
* Success extending creative platforms/campaigns into non-traditional and interactive experiences that deliver value and utility to users/audiences
* Experience identifying and executing against compelling consumer insights.
* Experience working on complex, global brands - specific tech experience a plus.
* Desire, ability and courage to inspire, innovate, and solve problems in new ways.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects, clients, and budgets within deadlines.
* Creative ambition and killer sense of humor.
